C Style - Type C Personality

The letter 'C' in DISC represents the C personality type, also known as Compliance. The C style is one of the four basic DISC types that originate from William Marston's DISC Model. Simply put, a High C style is precise and logical. C styles like things to be correct, in a logical order, and to have a lot of detail. They are very eager to learn if it contributes to their quality of work.
