{ISHC/SSC #4} [LIVE] Shiny Drifloon In Pokemon Platinum After 13649 SRs!

IT IS ABOUT FREAKING TIME. Seriously though, this took wayyyy longer than expected! I was racing with CandyEvie and ZDP916 for this, and CandyEvie actually got hers earlier today. Hopefully ZDP916 can find his soon! Shoutout to BlushingEevee for drawing the amazing, adorable Drifloon in my thumbnail!
