The Dempster Highway | A Silent Overland Journey to the Arctic Ocean

This silent overland montage brings together some of my favourite footage from the journey north along the legendary Dempster Highway. From camping beneath the dramatic peaks of Tombstone Territorial Park to navigating endless stretches of gravel, mud, and rain. We experienced it all along the way: snow, changing weather, vast wilderness, and scenery that seemed to change around every bend. The journey ended at the edge of the Arctic Ocean, where we finally dipped our feet into the frigid waters of the Arctic. No talking. No narration. Just the visuals of the journey, the landscapes, and the experience of travelling through one of Canada's last great road frontiers. Two weeks. Thousands of kilometers.
