Classic progressive house mixed mixed on an AlphaTheta OMNIS-DUO between Munich and Salzburg on a stretch of track that was frustratingly picturesque... on the other side of the carriage :( music from Spooky, Underworld, Sander Kleinenberg, Bedrock, Tarantella & Redanka and more,
If you enjoy this mix, please donate to my tour fundraiser for EarthPercent https://www.instagram.com/linking/fun...

London-based DJ, producer and label owner, Ben Gomori, has announced an eco-focused tour of Europe by train from October 15 - November 2, aiming to provoke conversation around the climate crisis, slow touring and burnout in the dance music industry.
The 2.5-week tour takes in clubs, hi-fi listening bars, radio stations, record shops and live streams in Belgium, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
“I’ve felt guilt around flying for a long time” says Gomori.”It seems so ridiculous to fly somewhere to DJ for a couple of hours — particularly when you’re of my stature and the overwhelming majority of people who end up seeing you play don’t even know how you are. I wanted to find a way to make playing abroad less terrible for the environment, and to make it a more efficient process. And to enjoy the travel part of it!”
Gomori plans to record mixes live on some of the train journeys for his YouTube channel thanks to a partnership with AlphaTheta and their portable OMNIS-DUO all-in-one DJ system — which allows you to perform and record mixes wirelessly — combined with 64AUDIO’s A4E in-ear-monitors, and will be streaming his sets from selected locations via Mixcloud LIVE, who are also supporting the initiative. He’s also running a fundraiser for music industry climate charity, Earth.Percent, with 100% of the donations received going to them.
“I don’t believe in disregarding our personal and collective power and leaving it to governments and policy to change things” he says of his motivations for organising the tour. “I believe in personal accountability and our ability to all make changes in our lives that en masse can shift the needle. Our personal choices influence others, and if you are in a position of influence, you have more responsibility to use it for the greater good.”
