【伝統獅子舞】久松青年会「松原の獅子」宮古島・久松海神祭 前夜祭（2026.6.17）

2026年6月17日、沖縄県宮古島市平良松原の松原自治会コミュニティセンターで披露された、久松青年会・松原自治会の伝統獅子舞の様子です。 この獅子舞は、旧暦5月4日に行われる久松海神祭（ハーリー）の前夜祭として奉納されました。2026年は旧暦5月4日が新暦6月18日にあたり、その前夜である6月17日に演舞が行われています。 久松青年会には、松原と久貝にそれぞれ2体ずつ、合計4体の獅子があり、前夜祭ではそれぞれの地域で2体ずつ別々に披露され、これら4体の獅子が揃って披露される機会は、基本的に久松海神祭（本番）だけとされています。 宮古島に受け継がれる伝統文化と迫力ある獅子舞を、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 [English Description] This video showcases the traditional Shishimai (Lion Dance) performed by the Hisamatsu Youth Association and the Matsubara Community Association at the Matsubara Community Center in Hirara-Matsubara, Miyakojima City, Okinawa Prefecture on June 17, 2026. This powerful lion dance was dedicated as part of the eve-of-festival celebrations for the Hisamatsu Kaijinsai (Hari/Dragon Boat Festival), which takes place annually on the 4th day of the 5th month of the lunar calendar. In 2026, this lunar date fell on June 18th, meaning this stunning performance was held on the evening of June 17th. The Hisamatsu Youth Association preserves a total of four lions—two from Matsubara and two from Kugai. During the eve-of-festival, two lions perform separately in each district. The Hisamatsu Kaijinsai (Main Festival) is essentially the only occasion where all four of these majestic lions are gathered and performed together.
