Tyrannus | Nobilis Cadens

⚜️ Tyrannus — Nobilis Cadens | Liturgies of korriban Once a revered Jedi Master and heir to the noble House of Serenno, Count Dooku came to see corruption where others still saw order. He abandoned the Jedi, embraced the teachings of Darth Sidious, and emerged as Darth Tyranus — an aristocrat turned Sith Lord whose greatest weapons were not rage or brutality, but intellect, diplomacy, discipline, and deception. ⚜️ A nobleman who abandoned the light he no longer trusted. ♟️ A strategist who turned politics into warfare. ⚔️ An apprentice who learned too late that even he was expendable. As leader of the Separatist movement, Tyranus stood publicly as the face of rebellion while secretly helping Sidious engineer the Clone Wars from both sides. Treaties, armies, Senate crises, and entire worlds became pieces in a conflict designed to destroy the Republic from within. Yet beneath his composure lived the same fatal weakness that consumed generations of Sith: the belief that he understood his master's design. Above Coruscant, aboard the Invisible Hand, that illusion finally collapsed. Defeated by Anakin Skywalker and kneeling helpless before Darth Sidious, Tyranus heard the command that revealed the truth: “Kill him.” In the Jedi Knight before him, Dooku finally saw the future Sidious had chosen. Not Tyranus. Anakin. And the fallen noble was discarded. 🎼 *Style:* Dark Cinematic Orchestral • Gregorian Sith Chant ------------------------------------------- 📜 LYRICS [Intro — Whispered Latin] Tyrannus... Nobilis cadens... Dux separatista... [Verse I] Once a master in the light, A noble mind of measured sight, He watched the Jedi lose their way, The Republic led them astray. Disdain grew slowly into hate, The Order bent to Senate’s weight, He left the path he long had known, His thirst for greater power had grown. [Pre-Chorus] Then Sidious offered strength he sought, A ruthless creed no Council taught, He cast his Jedi past away, And stepped upon a darker way. [Chorus — Latin] Tyrannus, nobilis cadens, Dux separatista, Per rationem, per consilium, Bello potentiam quaerit. Tyrannus, lux corrupta, Manus magistri occulta, Pacem promittit, bellum parat, Imperium venturum struit. [Verse II] Divided systems raised their claim, Tyrannus fanned resentment’s flame, He rallied worlds beneath his call, While Sidious planned the greater fall. The war he waged was not for peace, But so the Republic’s rule would cease, Each battle drove the plan ahead, As fear through countless systems spread. Yet service was not all he sought, For Sith ambition shaped his thought, One day the Master would be slain, And Tyrannus alone would reign. [Chorus — Latin] Tyrannus, nobilis cadens, Dux separatista, Per rationem, per consilium, Bello potentiam quaerit. Tyrannus, lux corrupta, Manus magistri occulta, Pacem promittit, bellum parat, Imperium venturum struit. [Verse III] Upon the warship's silent floor, He faced a truth unseen before, No final triumph as he planned, Only a pawn in Sidious's hand. The voice he served, once calm and near, Now spoke the words he learned to fear, And Anakin, the chosen prize, Revealed the plan behind the lies. “Kill him,” the command was cast, His strength undone, outmatched at last, Disarmed, brought low, no path ahead, One final strike—the Count lay dead. [Bridge — Latin] Magister spectat... Alius surgit... Duplex superbia... Duplex ruina... [Final Chorus — Latin] Tyrannus, nobilis cadens, Dux separatista, A magistro reiectus, Bello potentiam quaesivit. Tyrannus, lux exstincta, Ambitio eius victa, Pacem promisit, bellum paravit, Imperium sine eo surgit. [Outro — Latin] Justitia... Cadit... Tyrannus... Reiectus... ----------------------------- ⚠️ DISCLAIMER This is an unofficial fan-made musical tribute inspired by the Star Wars universe.
