Gilbert Vinter - Variations on a Ninth

I don't know who is performing on this recording, but I wanted something online I could link to and to date hadn't found Gilbert Vinter's Variations on a Ninth online, so here it is. This is an old 'recorded from a tape off a tape off a tape' recording, so quality isn't great. If anyone recognises this recording, do let me know who is playing and approx date in the comments. Kevin.
