This is how I start my day before any music enters my ears :). Profitec Pro 800 V2 lever coffee machine Mazzer ZM 83mm flat burr grinder Ethiopian single origin roasted on a Nucleus Link 16g dosed into an 18g IMS precision basket. RDT, Craig Lyn shaker, WDT, Pullman leveling, Mahlgut leveling tamp. Yes it’s ridiculously obsessive. Or passionate as I like to say. As with hifi, all the little things add up and are all worth doing. I’m achieving a great (to me) result, and importantly a consistent result.
