Can i Beat Pokemon Emerald with ONLY SHINIES?

This challenge took so much energy out of me.... A few months ago i was streaming pokemon Emerald on twitch. During the nuzlocke i lost and wanted revenge. I wanted to beat pokemon Emerald with only shinies. Unfortunately pokemon Emerald works with so-called shiny frames. A way of shiny hunting that I don't understand, so I adjusted the shiny odds in this nuzlocke. it went like this...
