Jane's Carousel

A superbly restored historic carousel made by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in 1922. It was originally installed in Idora park in Youngstown Ohio. Gifted to the city of New York, September 16th 2011 in Brooklyn Bridge Park in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn. The carousel is housed in a beautiful square pavillion designed by french architect Jean Novel. Our thanks to Jane Walentas and family.
