I don't actually live in Palmer oh, I guess they just assumed that since it took place there . Since last week the entire Culvert has filled up with gravel that it pulled from beneath the highway and the pool at the end completely filled with sand that it eroded. This thing has been a well at work for multiple years, that's where all the dirt around the pool came from. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation was actually able to use my video of myself walking through the Culvert a few months back to pinpoint where the damage most likely is. Throughout the week they will be using ground-penetrating radar to figure out where and how big the sinkhole really is. Some local engineers said there's definitely a sinkhole but probably not a big one that would be able to swallow up a car overnight but this is months in the making.Thanks for watching(EDIT july 2020) They found a sinkhole on the upper section of hill says this report below, watch my other videos to see new pipe. https://www.townofpalmer.com/vertical...
