A little exploration of mawashi uke (the "wheel block")

Taking the "standard" / common application of mawashi uke and exploring additional practical application. It's always important to minimise the amount of time (which can translate to minimising the number of movements) in which the technique in applied from start to finish. Ideally to get to everything done in one movement.
