Light explodes on crew member in the hub scaring Holly & Phil - This Morning 23rd October 2012

a hot light explodes while Phillip is introducing the competition and burns a cameraman who swears "oh fuck"!! Claims direct anyone? Holly then says Dionne Warwick wrong
