Hello, shake, my old friend

After years of waiting, it is finally possible to make the combo counter behave exactly as it does in MUGEN. While IKEMEN Go's default behavior isn't bad, I was never particularly fond of it. Whether the devs switch to something closer to the legacy style or stick with the new one doesn't really matter, since we can have different types regardless. I came across some very interesting things while fine-tuning the code, so I know creators will be able to do some really cool things in this area. #ikemengo #igo
