The West's 10 Most-Visited National Parks — Yellowstone Isn't #1

Count down the American West's ten most-visited national parks, from #10 to #1, with real park footage and quiet instrumental music. Bryce Canyon and Joshua Tree join the list — but Yellowstone doesn't take first place. Ranked by official NPS calendar-year 2025 recreation visits across all 40 designated national parks in the Census Bureau's 13-state West region, including Alaska and Hawaii. This is a regional ranking, not a new nationwide Top 10. Visits are not unique visitors, beauty scores or current crowd levels. Published park-and-preserve unit totals are used as reported. Archive footage and real NPS photographs illustrate each actual park. 0:00 The Western countdown 0:27 How the ranking works 0:54 #10 Bryce Canyon 1:35 #9 Joshua Tree 2:19 #8 Glacier 3:02 #7 Olympic 3:41 #6 Grand Teton 4:26 #5 Rocky Mountain 5:09 #4 Yosemite 5:55 #3 Grand Canyon 6:36 #2 Yellowstone 7:22 #1 Zion 8:07 Your pick RANKING SOURCE https://irma.nps.gov/Stats/MvcReportV...
