Listen to These Psalms Before You Start Your Day |Morning Worship Psalms: Let the Holy Spirit In

Begin with the morning Psalms and let the Holy Spirit in before the day's work and words begin. These sung prayers draw on Psalm 5, Psalm 92, Psalm 121 and other Scripture, paraphrased in plain English with brief quotations: the psalmist directs his prayer at dawn, gives thanks for steadfast love in the morning, and trusts the Keeper who never slumbers. Warm baritone and tenor voices lead each song, a tender alto answers or joins in unison, and a small choir holds soft vowels beneath some refrains, while the harp stays in front with gentle cello, strings or felt piano. The King David harp setting is the heart of the channel, and these morning Psalms are new recordings shaped for quiet, unhurried listening. 🙏 Play the morning Psalms as you wake, during morning prayer, or as calm worship at home before you step into the day. If your heart feels anxious or weary, let these morning Psalms be an invitation to wait in silence, breathe, and turn your thoughts toward the presence of God. You may also keep them playing softly for Scripture reading, study and focus. May the morning Psalms help you open your day to the Holy Spirit and walk in the light of His countenance. #psalms #morningworship #worship #scripture #kingdavid #harp #prayer #holyspirit #sungpsalms #christianmusic
