Broke Defect w/Flight + Shovel | Slay the Spire 2

This Defect Daily Challenge started with Flight, five random colorless cards, and a brutal resting modifier. Resting healed me to full, but permanently cost five max HP. Fortunately, I only had to rest once. Echo Form carried the deck through Acts 1 and 2, but the run still felt underpowered. Then I found Shovel. Flight let me jump between paths freely, so in Act 3 I routed through as many rest sites as possible and used Shovel to dig up relic after relic instead of resting. That was when the deck finally came together. Volley, Chem X, and Meteor Strike gave me the damage and energy scaling I had been missing. What started as a fairly weak deck turned into an easy finish once the relics and Act 3 card rewards started stacking up.
