Taking the Long Way Home | Bunya Mountains & Coomba Falls

Sometimes the best part of a journey is everything you discover along the way. 🌿🚐 After spending a long weekend with family, it's time to head back to work. But instead of taking the quickest route, I've decided to take the long way home and explore a little more of beautiful Queensland. This week's adventure takes me through the stunning Bunya Mountains, where I wander amongst ancient rainforest, discover waterfalls, hug a few enormous trees and stop for brunch at a quirky cowboy-themed café. From there, I make my way to Coomba Falls in the South Burnett, a beautiful hidden gem surrounded by rugged rock formations, where I get the drone up for a different perspective. Living full-time in my Toyota HiAce campervan while working full-time isn't always about big adventures or travelling long distances. Sometimes it's simply about making the most of the journey between destinations. And today is a lovely reminder that life doesn't always have to be about getting from A to B as quickly as possible.
