今天會和大家說下為什麼我們的頸椎有時候活動的時候會有咔咔聲, 有些人會覺得很害怕 自己的脖子經常咔咔聲可能不動那麼多 就不會咔那麼多但其實正正相反, 為什麼關節會咔一聲呢? 很多時候因為我們太久不活動脖子,例如我們固定了向前傾脖子去看電腦或者低下頭很久去看手機的時候, 當這個關節活動時 其實關節裡面會有一些滑液, 這些滑液裡面就有一些氣體在裡面包括了一些氮 氧 還有一些二氧化碳,當我們的關節活動時 其實就產生了裡面的空間變大.......
