You need to study—but your brain feels completely done. You're rereading the same paragraph, checking your phone, struggling to concentrate, and wondering how you're supposed to get anything done. This video is for those days. We're talking about how to study when you're mentally exhausted using smaller study sessions, specific tasks, different study methods, intentional breaks, and realistic expectations. Instead of forcing yourself into a three-hour study session, sometimes the first goal is simply: 10 focused minutes. You don't have to study like someone who has unlimited energy. Work with the energy you actually have today. 💛 Small progress still counts. Question of the day: What's your biggest study problem—starting, focusing, remembering what you read, or staying awake? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This video is meant to offer calm encouragement and support for college students who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or struggling with motivation. It is not medical or mental health advice, and it does not replace professional support. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or burnout in college, you deserve real help and care. It’s okay to ask for support.
