Does the lower third of your face look heavier in photos than it feels when you touch it? Here is a five minute routine for the cheeks, the pocket under the chin and the lip line, done in real time with me. Face analysis from one photo: https://quiz.biokodr.com/yt Subscribe in one tap: https://www.youtube.com/@facewhisperx... Three zones get attention here: the cheeks where smile lines start, the soft pocket under the chin, and the border of the lips. Copy each move as it plays, the timer on screen runs every set for you. I open with the cheek because the zygomatic major is the strongest lifter in the middle of the face, and a cheek that holds its height keeps the fold beside the mouth shallow. Draining under the chin comes second, while the tissue is already warm: the knuckle sweep carries lymph along the jawbone toward the ears, so the edge of the jaw reads cleaner. The lip pinch closes the session because the ring of muscle around the mouth sits between the first two zones and answers best once both of them have worked. 00:00 What you need 00:11 Exercise 1. Cheek Lift, cheeks and smile lines 01:38 Exercise 2. Double Chin Sweep, under chin and jaw line 03:05 Exercise 3. Lip Pucker, lips and upper lip 04:32 Your own three zones Each exercise runs two sets of 35 seconds with a short rest between them. Muscle and circulation answer to practice, not to a single session, and none of this behaves like a filter. Give it several weeks of steady daily work before judging anything, and expect the change in tone to arrive quietly, first in how the face feels. If you want to know which three zones matter most on your own face, the scan reads them from a single photo. https://quiz.biokodr.com/yt #faceyoga #jawline #cheekbones
