In this video we will make "sugata zukuri" from fish that we caught. If you catch a fish or buy a whole fish that you want to make sashimi out of it, try this arrangement dish. Caution: Some fish are unsuitable for eating raw—for example, due to parasites or bacteria. Do not eat raw fish caught in rivers where domestic wastewater flows.
