Title:
Reducing Variation Through the Use of Scientific Molding, Presented by RJG inc.
Summary:
This presentation will help you understand how a Scientific approach can minimize everchanging material viscosities in the injection molding process and, ultimately, in your molded parts. We will take a closer look at why material variation occurs and discuss methods on how we can build a more stable process to reduce the effects it has on your quality on a shot-to-shot basis.
• Review where material variation comes from
• Understand how a Scientific approach can reduce cycle time and improve part quality
• Review next steps
