Pop star Justin Bieber soaks fans with water guns, water balloons in Des Moines, Iowa

It was the summer of 2010 when 16-year-old Justin Bieber brought his "My World" concert tour to Des Moines, Iowa. Hours before his concert at Wells Fargo Arena, with temperatures that afternoon heating up to the mid-80s, Bieber surprised fans by popping out of his tour bus armed with a water gun. The pop star and his crew soaked fans — and a KCCI cameraman — with multiple water guns, before tossing water balloons and a couple of buckets of water in the one-sided water fight.
