VLOGMAS DAY 2: Getting In The Christmas Spirit 🎅🏿🌟

We in the house with it today! Just trying to put in a little effort and get the ball rolling on Christmas cheer. Peppermint syrup: 1 cup suger 1 cup water 2 tsp peppermint extract (more to taste) ✹ Add sugar and water to a microwave safe bowl and mix. ✹ Microwave for 60 seconds and stir. ✹ Microwave again in increments of 30 seconds, stopping to stir every time. ✹ Repeat until the mixture is completely clear and sugar is dissolved. I did 60 seconds + three increments of 30 seconds aka 2.5 minutes total. ✹ Add peppermint extract and stir. ✹ Allow to cool before storing.
