Satguru Ram Singh Ji's profound spiritual awakening led to impactful reforms in Punjab society, inspiring a social and spiritual movement that resonated throughout the region. Amidst British manipulation leading to Sikh conflict and sacrifice, Namdhari leaders displayed unwavering courage, even facing death for their beliefs. Satguru Ji's passing in 2012 was commemorated in 2013, drawing parallels to the valiance of Subhash Chandra Bose. Yet, now in this era when Punjab is facing multiple sociological problems, that come in the form of the severe cases of religion-change, and Khalistani separatism, namdharis are making efforts to control these issues.
