Cycling in the heat. 4

Even in the early morning going out on my mountain bike is becoming a chore due to the high heat and humidity. Cycling to Dumaguete on Thursday to shop, then stopping on the way back for a haircut and to buy fruit and vegetables in Bacong market was something that I have done for years with ease but this year it gets harder due to the relentless rise in temperature. I got home bathed in sweat and quite seriously sunburned. Global Warning, despite what the president of the USA and others say is not a hoax and this year's El Nino is shaping up to be one of the worst in history and will seriously impact us all but especially the farmers.
