For the trance fan of 2010, it is impossible to ignore the ascendancy of Russian star Arty. A producer of maturity far beyond his years, the unstoppable Arty has already established himself as a regular favourite in the CD wallets of Above & Beyond, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto and Paul Van Dyk. And with tracks like 'The Wonder', it's not hard to see why. Initially starting on a tight, techie trance groove, 'The Wonder' builds the anticipation and intensity levels like a pressure cooker. On the breakdown, it's all about soaring release with Arty's distinctive lead melody capturing all the wide-eyed euphoria that the track's title alludes to. On the remix, Anjunabeats favourite Nitrous Oxide delivers a contrasting rework that is high on energy, intensity and drive - an intro of mad electro synths paving the way for an intense eight minute excursion full of twists and turns.
