The motor cost $100.00 from Harbor Freight it is a 400 LB hoist item 40765. The garage hardware cost $90.00. The frame I had a welding shop make, and that cost $250.00. The rest of the materials such as plywood, nuts & bolts, 3/8" in pack socket and the slim jim was about $20,00. Total cost around $460.00.
