Rain at Last! Preparing My Allotment for a Winter Cover Crop

We are getting closer to finally being able to put down a cover crop at the allotment. But before then, we have still got a lot of tidying up to do, plus we need to arrange and reorganise the plot. Including sorting a stone storage, saving wood chips and removing more weeds from the ground. Also we get some rain, the first time we have saw a big amount of rain in months at the plot!
