Sean’s €185k Penthouse Tempts Danny & Margaret in Mojacar

A sea view is non-negotiable — but what if the dream comes with a bigger price tag? When Sharon falls ill, son Sean steps in and unveils a rooftop-solarium penthouse that tests Danny and Margaret McGrory’s €150,000 limit in Mojacar. From a beachside bargain with no view to a perfect panorama and a too-small lounge, every viewing sharpens what really matters. Then, in Alicante, Linda guides Evelyn Glancy through three townhouses on a €120,000 budget — from terrace temptations to privacy worries and a reduced €119,995 showstopper that tugs at her heart but challenges her timing. Will Danny and Margaret stretch for the south-facing stunner, or hold the line? Can Evelyn pick head over heart before the best one goes? Dive in for candid budget reality, smart agent strategy, and the moment a roof terrace changes everything. Watch to see which dreams survive the checklist — and which compromises don’t. #SunSeaAndSellingHouses #Mojacar #Alicante #SpainProperty #HouseHunting #SeaView #Penthouse #RealEstateTV
