Potentially the best 10 seconds of Adam Gabsi you’ll get this year. 😂 I represented Inclusion London and joined Assist Us to Live and Not Dead Yet campaigners in Parliament to oppose the Assisted Dying Bill. It was a long day( I was in Parliament Square from 9am, but seeing MPs reconsider and change their minds made it worth every minute. This issue is deeply personal for me. I’ve seen the realities of end-of-life and palliative care first-hand, and as a Disabled person, I know what it means to rely on services that don’t always provide the support people need. For me, the question is simple: can we really call something a genuine choice if people aren’t guaranteed the care, support, housing and dignity they need to live?
