LESSON FROM NATURE: Getting Back Up After Falling I had the opportunity to observe the resilient behaviour of the resident Penguins of Betty’s Bay. With their peculiar build, with short little wings and awkward feet, the Penguins fell constantly over rocks, sand and uneven terrain. They wobble, they slip, they topple over …but they get right back up, again and again. Lesson: Resilience doesn’t mean falling. It means having the willingness to rise each time, even awkwardly.
