How to Tie Dye: My Phoenix is starting to fly!

After 7 attempts at the phoenix wings by Kurt Wallace at Tie Died Skies in Columbia, I finally get my beginner Kitty Hawk Flight. Certainly my greatest challenge yet to obtain a WOW phoenix.
