VIOLENTLY LOW ON OIL! Dover impulse elevator #13 at Valley Medical Center Renton WA

Ft/ ‪@elevating_western_washington‬ After hearing this elevator has been low on oil for a while, we decided to check up on the Impulse to see if it was still low on oil and behold it was.  I normally would not go out of my way to film a common impulse like this, but it being low on oil, especially this much sure made it worth it  Specs coming soon.
