CharlieBo313 came to Louisville but seems to not know where he was going. This is the West End of Louisville--the real hood. I didn't have time to drive down every side street. So a lot of the worst sections are still missing. Video includes Park Hill Housing Projects. Beecher Terrace Housing projects. Cecil & Greenwood. W. Market. W. Broadway. Elliot Park. Victory Park. W. Dixie. And more. Some of these videos were taken in the morning so not a lot of people out. Louisville has 50 murders this year. Probably 80% took place in the west end of Louisville. Sorry for the A/C noise. It's almost 100 degrees.
