Back Where I Belong | A Pilot's Reunion – The Challenger 650 Takes to the Skies Again | X-Plane 12

✈️ After some time away from the cockpit of the magnificent Hot Start Challenger 650, it's time to get reacquainted with the finest business jet simulation ever created! Join me in this 30-minute test flight in **X-Plane 12**, operating around Istanbul International Airport (LTFM), Turkey. This is not a typical point-to-point journey, but rather a short proficiency and familiarization flight to refresh my memory, revisit the aircraft's systems, and enjoy the outstanding flight dynamics of the Challenger 650. And please, don't judge me for not following procedures! The flight includes a departure from Istanbul, some maneuvering around the airport area, a go-around, and subsequent landing back at LTFM. During the first approach, an unexpected encounter with birds on the runway forces a go-around, adding a little extra excitement to this otherwise routine test flight! Along the way, we also encounter some light turbulence in several areas around the airport, providing a few additional challenges and a reminder that even a short flight can have its surprises. To make the experience even more enjoyable, I've included several cinematic external replays, capturing the Challenger 650 from different angles and highlighting its beautiful lines, powerful engines, and impressive presence in the sky. Sometimes, you don't need a long journey or a complicated mission. You just need a great aircraft, a beautiful airport, and a reason to get back in the cockpit. 📌 Timestamps: 12:30 - Engines start 16:36 - PushBack 22:50 - Takeoff 35:40 - First approach 38:37 - Replay 39:40 - Birds on runway 49:10 - Second approach-turbulence 55:15 - Replay 1:04:30 - (Accidental) Landing 1:07:31 - Replay 1:12:43 - Rolling takeoff 1:24:40 - Landing 1:33:30 - Replay 1:37:50 - Parking 👍 Sit back, enjoy the views, and welcome back aboard the Challenger 650! 👍 If you enjoyed the video, please drop a LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more flight tests and showcases!
