In business, the higher up you get, the easier it is to hide what you’re bad at. If you’re the boss, you can just delegate your weaknesses away.
I took a two-month break from YouTube to start an international MBA program. Coming from a medical background and stepping up to manage our family hospital’s operations through the chaos of COVID, I thought I had leadership figured out. I was wrong. Getting back into a classroom full of high-level professionals completely exposed my unpolished skills and triggered massive imposter syndrome.
Today on the Entrepreneur Playground, I'm sharing the 3 raw, humbling lessons I’ve learned over the last two months about communication breakdowns, hidden weaknesses, and why real business is never about finding the "right" answer.
If you are a manager, founder, or just dealing with your own imposter syndrome, you aren't alone. Let's get back in the sandbox.
👇 Tell me in the comments: What is one fundamental skill you've been delegating or hiding away from in your own work?
