K3LP! UP C44ACM 6771 Leads Wabtec Interchange Delivery on 6/29/26

After an over 3-month absence from documenting anything on the Wabtec test track, I finally returned after noticing a string of fresh C44ACM rebuilds all sporting some new kind of horn. Several changes have come to this series of rebuilds that sport the pilot-mounted ditchlights such as all of them sporting new K3LP horns (6787's is ABF), and, as seen in the next video, the traditional Flag scheme has returned.
