Build stronger legs, glutes and hips with this 20 minute beginner calisthenics lower body workout using bodyweight exercises to improve strength, balance, mobility and control. 🔥
Welcome to Day 19 of the 28 Day Beginner Calisthenics Challenge!
We're continuing Week 3 with a lower body session focused on unilateral strength, balance, hip control, compression and lower body mobility. You'll notice some familiar movement patterns from the previous weeks, but today we're progressing them with harder variations, greater range of motion and less assistance.
As always, this is your workout. Use the easier modifications when needed, work within a range you can control and take additional rest whenever necessary.
If Week 3 still feels too challenging, repeat Week 2 until you feel ready to progress. There is no need to complete the challenge in exactly 28 days.

WEEK 3 PROGRESSION
By Day 19, you may notice that some exercises that felt difficult during Week 1 are starting to feel more controlled. Today we're building on that foundation with movements such as pistol squat negatives, deeper reverse Nordics and Bulgarian split squats.
Don't worry if you can't perform the full range yet. Control matters more than depth. Use the chair or wall for support whenever you need it and gradually reduce the assistance as you get stronger.
Every controlled rep counts. 💪
