Hot Wheels: Mechanix - All Cars in 19:48.95

https://www.speedrun.com/hot_wheels_m... Time starts on selecting Yes on Reset Player. Time ends when you finish the last race and unlock all cars. Retimed to 19:48.95. Implemented some new strats from WR. Still some parts that need to be improved such as Beachway, Asteroid Belt and better turbo management. Played on Windows 10 using dgVoodoo2 with a wired 360 controller. Turning sound effects off makes the game run without lag spikes.
