Day In The Life Of An Outback Opal Miner!

It’s not every day that we find opal while mining! So I thought no matter what happens I’ll shoot a day in my life as an opal miner and show you more of a look into the digging side of things. It did end up a pretty eventful day. We had the usual break downs and fixes managed to shift quite a bit of dirt, unfortunately no opal at my claim. Luckily Warren was finding some material at the Aquarium opal mine and was kind enough to once again let us come down and have a look! Most evening I’d I’m not to warn out I’ll sit down and cut some opal or clean and process material. Today I thought it would be the perfect time to clean a pineapples and give you all a bit more of an in depth look at that process.
