MANITOU MHT780 Boom Lift Cylinder Rebuild

In this episode we give this MANITOU Boom cylinder some love. It came in with a bent rod and damaged gland. We manufacture a new rod and re-claim the rod eye, manufacture a new gland and also hone the barrel. Once all the machining is complete we replace all the seals and bearings, assemble and then finally test the cylinder to 3000psi.
