Thunderbolt 1003 in Sleepy Eye, MN - Alt Wail, Hi-Lo, Alert, Attack

Check out my website! - http://www.sirenarchive.org/ 0:15 - Hi-Lo (Citywide alert) 1:20 - Local alert 2:55 - Hi-Lo Wail (Citywide attack) 4:10 - Local attack x2 5:40 - Local PROPER Alternate Wail After a few years of sitting with a broken rotator, and with it being discovered that the solenoids were malfunctioning on this Thunderbolt in Sleepy Eye, MN, I informed my friends at Carolina Signaling Enterprises of the issue in case they were interested in coming up to fix it since the town hadn't been able to find someone who could get it working. CSE got the siren working and did some testing on 5/27/26, bringing it back to its proper glory. I was fortunate enough to have made it for the end of repairs and the testing to see the project come to a close (for now...) Sleepy Eye has another 130 on the west side of town that used to belong to an old plant. Said plant was sold to the city recently, and ended up having a plant owned (but recently abandoned) 2001-130 on the property, so the city had CSE check it out and make sure it worked good. The SRN a block away needs new batteries, and with the acquisition of the new 130, the city is considering relocating the SRN to a more appropriate location. Stay tuned for a rooftop perspective video!
