Troubleshooting Drivability Issues on the Rare Turbo Lebaron GTC

Now that we have the Lebaron livable, we need to take care of the drivability issues. The alternator doesn't seem to be charging, and the car dies coming to a stop. Let's figure out what's up and get this thing back on the road.
