Confirmed specifications may change when HONOR officially launches the phone. 📱 HONOR X9e Pro — EXPECTED SPECS The X9e Pro is expected to feature a large 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1280 × 2788 resolution. The closely related X80 Pro Max platform also features up to 10,000 nits HDR peak brightness and 3840Hz PWM dimming, making the display one of the biggest potential upgrades over the X9d. Under the hood, the X9e Pro is expected to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5, built on a 4nm process, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. For photography, the expected setup includes a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8MP selfie camera. The camera configuration is interesting because the X9d actually carries a higher-resolution 108MP main camera plus a 5MP ultrawide. But the biggest story is the battery. The X9e Pro is expected to bring an enormous 11,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W wired charging and up to 27W reverse wired charging. That would represent a huge jump from the X9d. 📱 HONOR X9d The HONOR X9d features a 6.79-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 × 2640 resolution. The panel also supports 3840Hz PWM dimming and extremely high peak brightness. Performance comes from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 4nm chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage depending on the configuration. On the back, the X9d features a 108MP main camera with OIS and a 5MP ultrawide camera, while selfies are handled by a 16MP front camera. The X9d's biggest weapon is its massive 8,300mAh silicon-carbon battery, supported by 66W wired charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging. It is also built for durability, with IP69K water and dust resistance and strong drop resistance. 🔥 X9e Pro vs X9d — THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCES The expected X9e Pro could bring an 11,000mAh battery compared with 8,300mAh on the X9d. That's roughly 32.5% more battery capacity. Charging could also increase from 66W to 90W, while reverse charging could jump from 7.5W to 27W. Performance is expected to move from Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 to Snapdragon 6 Gen 5, bringing a newer Qualcomm platform to the X Series. The display could also receive a major upgrade, particularly in brightness and resolution. But the X9d has an interesting advantage in the camera department, with its 108MP OIS main camera and dedicated 5MP ultrawide. So this isn't simply a case of the newer phone winning every category.
