9 Rappers With The Longest Prison Sentences (One Got Life + 70 Years)

Most "longest prison sentences" videos run on rumors — somebody "facing" 100 years, somebody who "got life" on a podcast. This one has one rule: a judge had to actually say the number. Nine rappers made it, ranked from shortest to longest: 9lokkNine, Tory Lanez, B.G., Kay Flock, Max B, Tay-K, C-Murder, Ksoo and Ca$h Out. One of them walked out last year. One is still fighting a conviction that two witnesses took back. And #1's sentence doesn't fit on a calendar: life, plus 70 years. Status of every case is as of 26 September 2026. Tory Lanez's appeal was denied (Nov. 2025) and the California Supreme Court declined review (Feb. 2026). Kay Flock was acquitted of murder but convicted of racketeering and attempted murder, and is appealing. Max B's 75-year sentence was vacated in 2016 and he was released in November 2025. C-Murder and Ksoo maintain their innocence and have appeals or challenges on record; Ca$h Out told the court the jury was wrong. YNW Melly is not on this list because he has not been convicted — his retrial is set for January 2027. Victims are named as they were in court and news coverage.
