Episode 18 turned into one of those days where a bunch of old mistakes and loose ends somehow came back around. Early on, I discovered I had left an entire cooler bag from a Shipt order in my car from the day before. Later, I got another chance with a customer I had previously had a bad delivery situation with, fixed a past issue with a regular Shipt customer, and kept pushing the shop-speed progress that I think is starting to matter on Instacart. Along the way we had: a $38.34 Meijer order with a $25 tip a $50.76 Sam’s Club batch a $45.66 Meijer Instacart order a very unique $0.61 Shipt tip shop speed dropping to 40 seconds/item a late-night run that kept going much longer than I’ve worked in a while The bigger theme, though, was accountability.
