Perfect Timing... (Scion FRS/Subaru BRZ - Low Power, Stumble P000A/B)

Hey it's a Subaru-Toyota-Scion FRS-BRZ little roadster go-cart thing! Owner drove it to PHAD from 3 hours away to diagnose a low power/STUMBLE complaint. He already replaced a part and changed the oil, but the problem came back within a few weeks. CEL shows code P000A - Intake Cam Bank 1 slow Performance.
