Welcome back to Anna & Herman On The Road!
In today's video, we're giving our Ford Transit a huge interior upgrade by upholstering all the exposed metal panels. After spending a lot of time researching different materials and techniques, we decided to use Landau foam and automotive headliner fabric to create a clean, durable, and cozy finish.
We covered the pillars, sliding door, and rear doors, completely changing the look and feel of the van's interior. It's amazing how much warmer and more inviting the space feels after this transformation.
In this video, you'll see:
How we prepared the metal surfaces
Why we chose Landau foam and automotive fabric
Upholstering the pillars, sliding door, and rear doors
Tips we learned during the installation
The final transformation of our van interior
This is one of those upgrades that doesn't just improve the appearance—it also makes the van feel much more like a home.
Our lifetime, one mile at a time 🌄
